A POP OF PINK FT SheIn
Happy Friday, darlings and dearests:
I have partnered up with an online store called SheIn to bring you this fun look. I am a huge fan of adding little pops of color to my life whether it's an outfit or my home. It doesn't always have to be a head-to-toe super colorful outfit that you would wear to EDC (for those who don't know, it's a music festival). But adding a few accessories here and there is just about all you need to do.
I chose this beautiful mesh floral sweatshirt from SheIn because I thought it would be perfect for Florida weather where you don't really transition your wardrobe very much. Also, white is my favorite color and if you throw some florals in there -- bingo! I'm also planning on wearing this piece in a more sporty style paired with my Adidas Superstars and some comfy yoga pants. However, for this look, I did want to experiment with a mixed style. You can definitely opt out for a comfier pair of shoes. I mean, you do YOU, boo! Let me also tell you that this sweatshirt is under $20, like WHOA!! You can shop the exact one here.
I hope you enjoyed this simple yet fun look in collaboration with SheIn. Feel free to browse their site here. They really do have SO MUCH cuteness going on and very affordable prices as well. It's a win-win. As always, I want to leave you with a word of encouragement because we are more than fashion and beauty. We are women of substance! If you don't follow me on IG, you may not have seen my revelation this week in making a decision to unfollow certain celebrities from social media. I realized that I was allowing these people get in my head with all of the expensive things and fancy parties making me think this is the life I want to have one day. Truth be told, I never want to live like that. I never want to make others feel like by having materialistic things you will find happiness or people will like you if you flaunt them with all of these extravagant things you own. Instead, I want to enrich my life with memories and inspire others to be different and to be themselves. I hope you know that you don't need to chase after fame or money in order to be liked or accepted. And remember that you are so special and you can do anything you set your mind to. I believe in you.
